Telecommunication Department was established with the view of supplying the Communication Equipment to the telecom service provider i.e. Nepal Telecommunications Corporation (NTC) which is the only organization having the authority of providing telecommunications service to general public of Nepal. NTC is the state run organization.

Along with the Electricity Department, Telecommunication Department is another department of RRP, which made rapid progress. Telecom department of RRP especially focuses in the supply of Communication Equipment to NTC and occasionally it also looks after the supply of broadcasting equipments.

 RRP is one of the reliable suppliers of communication equipment to NTC. RRP has the valuable experience of working in the projects like Multiplexers, Digital Pair Gain, VSATs, Optical Fibre Cable, VRLA Batteries, Modems, Hubs & Routers, Radio Communications, Distribution Boxes, Main Distribution Frame etc.       

RRP is also actively involved in working with the supplier of Test Equipments for the communication Equipments so that RRP will be able to offer the complete solutions for the main equipment that it is offering.

 With the group of expertise available, RRP also offers the facility of providing Spare Parts as well as the after sales service for the product that it offers to its customers.
